If that volume jump bothers you, then you will need to bulk process peak normalize the desired Dr Bonkers files to -6 dBFS. PLEASE NOTE: Strymon normalizes their guitar cab IR files to -6 dBFS whereas Dr Bonkers Soundlab normalizes bass and guitar cab IR files to -0.03 dBFS, so the Dr Bonkers cab files will be noticeably louder than Strymon stock cabs. If either types of IR mixes don’t suit your needs, find the mic mixes you like best and explore those single mic files in my packs. Remember you will want to start off first loading the WAV files (unless otherwise noted below) of my HypeReal ™ or Choice mix files (which are captured with 500ms length frequency sweeps and truncate down using all manufacturers’ IR loading software).
